Liberty mutual is one the WORST INSURANCE COMPANIES!!! THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY FOR CLAIM DAMAGES AND THEY WILL REPORT YOU TO THE CREDIT BUREAU IF YOU CANCEL YOUR POLICY WITH THEM!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Beyond disgusted with a company. They don't answer the phone but instead send a text message to file a REQUEST for roadside. Mind you I'm stuck on side of the FREEWAY with a child. Contacted roadside at 10am got a CALL AT 5PM . Increased milage for tow was told it was go into effect at midnight. Next day called, 2 days later I was informed it would take roadside 3-5 business days before they could see changes on there end. None would transfer me to a manger. My truck has been stuck for 3 days. Oh my favorite none can hear you your phone messing up. This place is a joke . Avoid!!!

I can only describe dealing with claims is a ongoing nightmare. I have been trying and failed repeatedly to get my car fixed since 2018. Avoid Liberty Mutual if you don't want to be repeatedly cheated. I still need my wheelchair returned ASAP. I have been without for 5 weeks. Upset!
