        I have been a customer for many years. Out of the blue the raised my rate. The only excuse I got from the company was I had a claim Almost 10 months ago on a window replacement. I paid full price for the repair because it was higher than my deductible. They said they couldn't change it back and I was more than welcome to shop around. Sounds like a company that is JUST TO MONEY hungry.

        I'm sorry if you ever have to deal with them for an accident My daughter got hit parked on the side of the road, not even in the car. Liberty won't help her at all with rental car, storage ,towing. Made her get it out in 1 day. She drove it home and was scared to death because it didn't drive right. They said "we didn't make her drive it home. Won't tell her or me what they'll cover for rental. Wouldn't tell us if we should get estimates. The girl was crying, not her fault. You really stink Liberty.
