I switched from Progressive to Allstate. They were going to handle the cancellation of Progressive. They failed to do that.i was charged on my monthly installment. I called Allstate and they explained they would cancel and I would get a refund. It failed to be canceled the second month. I called Progressive and they refuse to go back to the original date and refund my payments unless Allstate provides proof of the start of the insurance date. 1 week later and still have not received the proof letter they promised. No on my cruise anniversary trip. My daughter is broke down and trying to get a tow. My app puts me in the ocean, no address. Wont let me put anything else in. 45 minutes later and cant get no one at the office to pick up a phone. Moral of the story. Dont switch cause its cheaper. You get what you pay for.

I was gonna get a policy but was denied since I didn't have a year continuous coverage. They took my info for payment and that payment was supposed to be stopped and was told it was stopped. We'll to my surprise the payment was not stopped and this caused my account to go negative and now I have a overdraft charge because of this. And I've gotten no answers on how this will be resolved.
