Worst company I've had in my house yet. They never show up even though supposed to be here 7 days a week. When they do show up bring kids with them. Not like they have to do allot. Take care of my mom and her bedroom. Don't have to clean kitchen or Livingroom or anything like that. Bathe my mom in bed because she can't shower. Clean her bedroom, Take out her trash to dumpster, put her clothes away after I wash them. Make her bed, and maybe organize her dresser. For 3 hours a day. In the last week only one person showed up, and brought 2 kids with her.

Some of these post are former co-workers of mine who didn't do their job or violated ethical laws and now want to go complain on a review in hopes to ruin a company name......petty. Glad I left Ohio

I don't have anything bad to say about the company itself but this one particular worker Tocarra Hunter is a very bad and lousy nurse aid. I don't even think she's supposed to be working there due to some discrepancies in her record. Tocarra ate all our food and we gave her chance after chance in spite of her constantly showing up late to work or not at all. She was very disrespectful towards the end of her time in our home. Would come kick her feet up and watch TV all morning or just simply go to sleep. Would sometimes not change my grandmother and would eat our food without permission. Tocarra would post stuff on Facebook in regards to her being drunk and/or hungover and that she would have to still go to work, but would not show. She would get hostile with us if we (my father and I) questioned her about why she wasn't showing. She also had nasty things to say about managers at this company and it was just very distasteful. Just a very unprofessional person and I wouldn't recommend her to take care of anyone's loved one honestly.

Absolutely horrible service. The Home Health Aide (the Office Manager Crystal) that was supposed to be caring for my loved one so that I could go to work did not show up nor call me 2 days in a row this past weekend. (06/30 & 07/01/2018), 1 day last weekend and several other weekends as well and not to mention they show up late 90% of the time. They do not answer their 24 hour on call line nor do they return your calls or texts. I have requested via text and voicemail to speak with the Manager's Manager, the CEO and/or the Owner and have not heard from anyone. If you want quality healthcare for yourself or your loved one, DO NOT HIRE LIFE STAR. I hope nothing happens to anyone needing home care as a result of Life Star's irresponsible, unprofessional and inconsiderate practices. UPDATE: I originally posted this complaint on their Facebook review page but on 07/02/2018 approximately 15-20 minutes after I posted it, they deleted their review section so that my comments can't be viewed and called me to give me a phone number to someone named Vlad stating he is one of the owners. I have not spoken to him yet.
