Myself being a senior citizen, I have approached the developers of Else Nutrition and stated that they should consider seniors as their next target for healthy eating. Currently it seems that Ensure is one of the few choices for our age group and it would be fantastic if Else Nutrition would address this additional age group, after all there's so many similarities between new borns and us golden agers.

What can I not say about a company that has awesome customer service, along with awesome products!!! I am appreciative to having a clean product that can be given to my grandbabies with the peace of mind that they can receive nutritional supplements to stay healthy. Let me just rave on their customer service for a moment. I received their individual packets of milk that had a shorter shelf life that was about to expired a month after I received it, and I got in touch with their customer service department, to no avail I had to leave a message. Needless to say it was a phone tag back and forth. I then started to communicate through the emails to them to address my concerns. The response time was quick, and within that same week they express delivery me out some more milk! If you need clean good products and customer service, you have a win win with Else!!

My little one struggles to eat well. He is always so picky and has really specific intolerances that really hurt! Glad I found Else. Mealtime is no longer a pain
