Cost reasonable, work adequate, cosmetics just OK, communications poor.8/27/22 needed urgent attention, was scheduled same day, office appeared clean, charges were not excessive and extraction went well. Decided to switch to Dr. Oh because my current dentist had been “watching” ongoing issues for 12+yrs and they were now out of control.3/4/23 to 4/14/23 spent $10,376 for in-house Dental plan, 1st cleaning, evaluation, another extraction, a broken bridge removal and 7 cap replacements due to the teeth underneath needing restoration work. Charges were collected at chairside as the work progressed and was completed. Returned 7/14/23 for what I thought was the 2nd cleaning covered by the Dental plan. No charges were collected at chairside so I stopped at the front desk to schedule my next maintenance cleaning appointment with my new dentist.10/5/23 I was notified by text that $137 was owed for the July visit and given instructions where to go online to pay. Declining willingness to do online payments lead to a phone conversation during which I explained it was the 2nd cleaning covered by the dental plan. I was told it was not a cleaning but periodontal maintenance and was not covered. I then asked for an itemized invoice in order to pay by mail and was told it would be sent right away. When the bill never arrived, I assumed it had been determined that “the cleaning” was indeed covered by the dental plan. Foolishly, I did not follow up.1/15/2024 I arrived for my appointment, was informed it had been cancelled because my account had been turned over to collections on 11/09/2023 for non-payment of $137 and therefore, I was no longer a patient. Obviously, long term clientele is not the goal of Dr. Oh’s practice. BTW, he still owes me a 2nd cleaning…lol.

The staff were fine, but I was not happy about waiting close to 3 hours to get a tooth pulled, especially when I put in the paperwork I filled out that I get very anxious and scared going to the dentist. I am grateful they have Saturday hours.

I had a great experience and service, as always. Everyone is so very nice, with a professional courteous manner. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend!!

I came here for a terrible pain I was having on the right side of my mouth. Dr. Oh was knowledgeable, kind, and he made me feel cared for. I had the option of getting a root canal or the tooth pulled out. Ended up getting the root canal and he was able to do it that day! Throughout the procedure he called me by my name and updated me as to what he was doing throughout the procedure. Reception was also very kind and helpful, and the dental assistants were great. All in all I'll most likely be switching my primary dentist to Dr. Oh. They are also open on the weekends which is very convenient.
