Coverall of Columbus

Our experience was Coverall was rocky at best from the start. The cleaning was subpar from the beginning. When we addressed the issue we were met with hostility and yelling from the franchise owner. I attempted to call and email the sales rep who signed us up, after over 15 ignored communications I called the corporate sales office to have them have someone call us back. We requested a partial refund for our first few months due to inadequate cleaning and we were told that the cleaning team showed up and so there would be no credit. After sorting out some of the cleaning issues, meaning our office staff comes in on a day off to clean all of the missed spots, we started receiving collection calls claiming we hadn't paid. After many rude and threatening calls, it was discovered that someone in the local office was not reporting our payments to the corporate office. After six months of letters and receiving a cancelation notice stating we owed over 800.00 dollars, all that has been paid, I called multiple times to cancel our services. No one ever called me back instead I received an email stating our payments had been sorted. I finally got a hold of someone to cancel and was rushed off the phone when the salesman couldn't get me to change my mind. I have no idea when my key will be returned, or when I can expect a refund for the services that were no received for the month of February. In summary poor cleaning, poor customer service, and poor business practices, I would rate it 0 stars if I could.

They did not take care of my office and banged the walls causing me to need to repaint. Also they stole items from our office. When I reported this, they were very unprofessional and unapologetic.
