I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could say in the lobby watched them help 3 other ppl even tho I was there first then after they took my money said I can't open account at all money will be back in month or so like we're all made of money this bank is trash and only cares about them selfs

I've been banking at Kemba for about 12 years. My experience has been positive and I have found all employees to be courteous and professional.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Refuses to help anyone unless it's to show them the interactive tellers. No care that some members can't or don't like to use them due to some issues with hearing. This goes for all the locations and they don't put members first. Point of credit union was for better service and options than banks but at this point they are just a bank with a fancy name. Member concerns mean nothing.

Refuses to make accommodations for hearing impaired individuals and refuse service by "forcing" individual to use automated teller.
