Paramount Senior Living at Polaris

I sincerely apologize to the residents and family members for suddenly leaving without saying "Goodbye". I was accused of something that I did not do, and when the Executive Director and corporate HR representative confronted me, I said "If that's what you think happened, than you can have my resignation?" To my surprise, they both jumped on it as if that is what they were waiting to hear. I honestly believed that they valued me more than that. This place has been having trouble, and I know my absence will have a serious negative impact on several of the residents. I wish them the best of luck.

The management at Paramount senior living works day && night to care for their residents. They dedicate their self and most of their private time to the facility. The ED && DON work extremely hard to provide great care to the residents. All of the managers do!! A lot of the employees work extremely hard && give great care to the residents as well. Its a very new and clean facility and the staff cater to the residents daily like they should.

Stay far far away from this facility! Most of the employee's have a language barrier issue and cant read basic orders from hospitals or from doctors. This place hires the cheapest labor money can buy and most staff dont want or know how to take care of people with wounds or people with type one diabetes. The are incompetent with insulin dosage and comprehending how a sliding scale works. Staff also lies and tells you anything to get off a phone call when checking in on a loved one.
