Very nice place to live at. The property is neat, the people are friendly, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I have never worried about any issues of crime here. The property is also very close to the Hamilton Quarter stores and restaurants which adds to the ease of shopping and running daily errands. There's also a new OSU Wexner Medical Center as well as an Ohio Health Urgent Care and emergency room that could be beneficial if there's a need for a visit.

I've been a resident of Silvertree for almost 3 yrs now and my experience every year its high quality. People is friendly, overall the staff very accessible and won't hesitate to help you with all your needs. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to live.

Very nice place to live at. The property is neat, the people are friendly, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I have never worried about any issues of crime here.
