The Woods at Perry Lane

Beware, this place will tell you can have an apartment then just give you one you said you did not want. My mother and I were shown a beautiful 1 bedroom with a balcony overlooking woods. We were told by leasing agent Linda that the apartment would be saved for us. It was on the third floor. We told Linda we did not want anyone living above us. Well we got approved, but apparently the apartment we were promised was given away. They offered us a second floor overlooking the parking lot. Which is not what we wanted. Now my mother is homeless again. If that apartment was not available them it should have not been shown to us.

We have lived here for about 4 years and it's been a wonderful experience the entire time. The office staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The area is kept clean and the neighbors are great.
