What I arrived home to today was 100% unacceptable! Before realizing it, just seconds after walking in, I had a hard time breathing and I wonder what it was from. I took the few attached pictures before having to leave. Not once in my 42 years have, I experienced such incompetence and disrespectful actions! The sad and sorry part about the current situation is it's not the first time. This is the 3rd or fourth time since my apartment complex switch management groups that I've had to contact the office about work done on my apartment because a mess was left. This takes takes the cake! As you can see in the pictures there is dust all over my apartment from maintenance or whoever it was that installed a water meter which was scheduled today! I was diagnosed with asthma that developed last September and put me in the hospital for 3 days! My apartment was spotless! Or as much as that apartment could look, clean. I have cameras and after watching the feedback the personnel sat there cutting inside...... SERIOUSLY! If I wasn't as busy at work today as I was and checked the camera when I received the motion detection notification, I would have called him out on this through my cameras. If need be, I will upload the camera feedback so others can avoid this person from entering their home! This is ridiculous and I will not stand for it! I expect there to be something done about this. Regardless of these renovations, my health comes first! Update: I almost forgot. The pictures with a red X is how they left a neighbors apartment after their water meter installation last week.......... I was speechless when I saw what was left. 3/8/24 Seriously! The brownie points are just being raked in. A notice for $2.00 that couldn't wait until next month. WOW! I see living here for 4 years and renting multiple garages since 2013-2014 to date, has done nothing. Instead of worrying about 2 bucks. Why not reach out to your residents from time to time and make sure everything is okay. Or, how about ask if new neighbors are being obnoxious as in blasting their TV all hours of the night and walking around like an elephant all night long. I almost forgot. As it states in our lease. If each of your residents has an issue with another resident. We, as paying customers are required to deal with it ourselves. Even being woken up 2-3 times a night. That's the last thing I wish to do being driven out of a dead sleep. Your just here to collect our money, correct? (I guess I should have taken a picture before the notice was crumpled up.) Word of advice. When the carpet is torn out of the 2nd floor apartments. Try using screws too secure the subfloor down so your residents don't hear all the creaking and cracking of others walking around above them. Now, will that stop the extreme pounding from foot steps and voices coming through? Nope. Not at all. It's a start.

Shout out to Zayahna, Nick, and Abbey. I barely need maintenance and if I do, they are here. The maintenance people are kind and make sure things get handled correctly before they leave. They'll redo the whole process if they need to and that's just from the one experience I needed them thus far (thanks Adrian!) PEOPLE ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE HERE. If I need to talk to somebody, somebody will talk to me, and kindly and assuring at that :) This is a nice area with access to plenty. I enjoy how involved the office is with the community, having little events and participating in the festivities. I can't wait to get a feel of the neighborhood when it gets warm. It's beautiful and inviting. If you're looking to apply here, know that the process is quick and easy. I knew if I was approved the same day and I believe in minutes Champion in general has been a pleasure to reside with as a New York transplant to Ohio. These 3 lovely humans just uphold their principles further. So far, so good
