        Great park. Very clean and well maintained.

        Nice park. There's a great dog beach where dogs can swim without a leash. There are plenty of walking trails and fun equipment for kids. Fishing seems to be popular. Trying to find the dog beach, fishing or anywhere else, however, is a struggle since there is poor signage. If there is more than one entrance to the park that do not join the other parcels, there should be large signs on the main roads directing traffic to each entrance and available activities. The State Parks do a great job with their signage. Their's are easy to navigate. And we can't always rely on cell service for directions or the park paper map. There are so many things that Prairie Oaks has to offer. Don't let us miss any of it, because we can't find it.

        There's a lot of mileage here on the trails so you can spend some time here. I came here once and saw a million baby snakes and one large one, so they are for sure here in this area. It seems like this would be a good place for families with lots of picnic areas, trails, a pond, a nice view of the creek as well. Restrooms: Lots of restrooms even while out on the trails you can find them Picnic area: There are lots of picnic tables here
