        We had a whole house generator installed on 4/11/24. The team that installed it did an excellent job! They worked together well and were professional and courteous. We look forward to never needing to worry about future power outages.

        Weve used West Jefferson twice - once for a new furnace and water heater and this week for an air conditioner repair. Theyre always fast, respectful, and so knowledgeable. We trust them to fix whatever is going on, and will continue to use them as needed in the future. Highly recommend!

        Robert and Nick installed new furnace and AC and did an excellent job. They cleaned all debris when they were finished. They are very professional, knowledgeable with their products and answered all questions and explained thoroughly how everything worked. They are both very nice and friendly and make a good team. The office staff makes it very easy to set up an appointment and are very friendly also. We definitely will be using West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating for whatever we need done in the future.
