McDonald's

A great place to enjoy long waits in line with poor service. Ranging from cold fries to hard day old hamburger buns to just not knowing what you ordered when you drive up to the window. This place will not fail to amaze you.. 12/28/22 an update. They've seem to fix their stale bread problem now now all they do is serve cold fries and take even longer to serve the food than they used to before. You have about a 10% chance of getting a good meal here. 5/11/22 getting slower . So slow that I need to worry if I will get back from lunch on time .

Ordered Quarter pounder meal to go. Got back to work and the hamburger was only "cooked" around the very edge. There was literally blood coming out when I squeezed the sandwich. Dared not to eat it but don't have time to go back until after work when I'll take the sandwich in. This happened a couple of years ago when I ate in. Same thing, just so happened that a regional manager was in the store. He was not pleased. Said he would address it with shift manager. Guess I'll have to start asking for "well-done" 1/4 pounders.

I'm only giving a 2 because they were nice. We went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers. We payed for them and then surprisingly they were ready. As we drove off headed toward Columbus, we turned around to head back. Both sandwiches were COLD. The cheese wasn't ever going to melt. I took our receipt and cold sandwiches back inside. The girl that greeted me was very nice. I told her that they should have been thrown out a while ago as they were room temperature at best. They threw away the old sandwiches and I watched them remake the new ones. The girl brought me a new bag of burgers. I said thanks and went back to the vehicle. WELL, I was surprised to unwrap 2 almost identically COLD SANDWICHES. The Bun was toasted but Cold, the Burgers were Cold, the Cheese was Not Melted, the Condiments were very COLD. As a veteran of McDonald's, unless the steam table has gone on the fritz and no one is temping anything, this should never occur! Poor QSC&V! Did anybody from Holowicki Enterprises ever go to Hamburger U?

New employees made quite a few mistakes with the order (which wasn't a difficult one). This restaurant had no milkshakes or ice cream, which was disappointing because it was the primary reason we went there. The food we got was good, but we had to go elsewhere for ice cream.
