TriHealth Priority Care - Liberty

Of all the urgent care centers, this has been the best experience of all. Jill was patient with me as I was trying to log in. Then later, took her busy time to CALL ME & followed up to give me the necessary info. in order to log in for my document. Nurse's are very busy so that small gesture was meaningful. Kim D.

The place is clean and that's the only good thing I have to say. We waited for hours. They have a time display and it is not accurate. It said we have 30 minutes for almost an hour and then we went to the waiting room and had to wait some more!!! Unbelievable!!!

Called 1st verified X-rays order, they printed the order for me upon arrival, 1.5 hours later Im last waiting, sat among many very ill (masked but yeah) and they called me up to say they couldnt do my x-rays because they couldnt put me in their system. I said you gave me my orders. She said we still cant do it. I said, why didnt you tell me when I first got here you were having tech problems. She said, we tried to fix it. Where do I go? She said were open tomorrow. I said, will you be able to do it tomorrow- whatever it is? She said I dont know. Awful CSR.
