Its a very big store with large collections. Its heaven if you hunt, fish, hike and do other adventurous activities. On Christmas, they organize free photos with Santa!! It was overall nice experience!!

Nice new store. Staff were a little confused about products and were understandedly unfamiliar with new layout. Hopefully things will improve with time.

As a loyal, customer, bass pro, Ive always appreciated their work beforehand as well as their sales associates. I am writing this review to tell my story and my experience, as well as my sons experience. My son has just gotten his Hunter safety course which he was excited about because he wanted to start hunting so after he finishes his hunter safety course, I decided to take him to Bass Pro to purchase him a 22 rifle for him to start hunting with, as we got to the store, he was looking at several rifles. The one that he found he liked. I talked to the sales associate to have them purchase it for my son. The sales associate would not sell me the firearm stating that I was doing a third-party sale and I was not allowed to purchase a 22 rifle for my son at the time this made me very furious as being his father. I did not see an issue with purchasing my son, his very first hunting rifle the sales associate, and got another person was also stated the same thing that I was not allowed to purchase the firearm due to it was a third-party sale , my son was very upset at the time which I explained to him that we would go somewhere else and look at another store to purchase his rifle. We went to Sportsmans warehouse where we purchased a rifle that he was very happy with and was the same exact rifle but $100 more expensive I believe that Bass Pro needs to educate their employees on the law for purchasing a firearm for somebodys child to start hunting with

My husband and I went here to see what the hype was about the new store. To start the location is further for us to drive but if the store is better, it would be worth it! Well, it isn't. They closed Cabales but don't have the great women's clothing section that the two stores had. The ammo selection is smaller and less of a gun selection. The gifting dept was also smaller. We are not rushing back. Very disappointing.

Jim in the fishing department really knows his stuff. If you need help just look for Jim. He will sell you stuff you didnt even know you needed.
