Rhino Exteriors Roofing, Siding & Windows

Did my roof about a year ago. Recently a piece came off the down spout that had previously been installed for over 80 years and now its on the ground. Im also not understanding why the piece wasnt simply replaced it was spray painted. Ive been contacting this company and Justin to come out and fix the repair for over a month now and cant seem to get anyone out here to fix something so simple. If I called and said I need another roof replacement I bet youll would have came asap. I wouldnt recommend this company, work was ok but they dont like to come back out and fix repairs obviously. This is the second time Ive had an issue.

Very pleased with how things went throughout the whole process. To the initial visit of the person that knocked on my door. To the gentleman named Jeremy Broeman that helped me replace my windows. To the gentleman Joe that ordered my windows to the installers that diligently put our windows in with care. Through and through very pleased with Rhino Windows.
