Worst experience! Waited for an hour for doctor to show up- End up leaving without treatment- I was the only patient and one after me. would not recomend

I have to call every month for my doctor to send my particular prescription to the pharmacy. Normal. I can not renew my prescription early, it must be the day it runs out. Normal. I have to wait on hold an average of an hour every single month. Sometimes I have to call 3 or 4 times a day and sit on hold endlessly. NOT NORMAL. Today I called 4 separate times for a total hold time over an hour and a half. I called in the morning, afternoon and early evening. NEVER spoke to anyone. It is now 5pm, offices are closed and I am not getting my prescription. I simply do not understand how this is acceptable. I have two days left before I run out. Here's to hoping someone actually answers a call tomorrow!

After waiting 3 months for an appointment and driving to the facility just to be told they cant take more patients. This should have been a phone call. Just inconsiderate of others needs.

Dr. Siddiqi is THE BEST!!! Always listens, offers options and involves you in decisions and is open to suggestions and discuss what is bothering you. He is excellent and really cares!!! Dr.Asgher saw him couple times and he was excellent as well! Very gentle, caring and skilled. Staff and Medical assistants are all efficient and so nice. Lab here is great and very quick, friendly and painless too! Front desk registration/check in staff is always there to greet you with a smile and quickly check you in. Been going to this group for 8+ years.....
