Been here for the last year and few months. Neal is a brilliant instructor with no ego whatsoever. Hes passionate about teaching and that shows whether hes teaching children, aspiring or current professionals, or an old guy like me! And the variety of what to learn makes this place amazing. Traditional , striking, ground gameYou wont be disappointed.

Happy to be training here.  Just recently started after deciding to get my body into a healthier state.  Only been a few weeks but already feel great and learning quite a lot.  Neal and his team are great and non-judgmental.   I had absolutely no background in martial arts before deciding to join and I have been made to feel welcome.   I love Neal's approach to teaching practical skills that one can actually use in a real life street self combat situation for self defense.

Great martial arts school, fantastic experience. For adults, by far the best stand up / kickboxing/ Muay Thai you can find in the Midwest region.
