As a former high end retail employee I know what to buy and what not to buy. Frankly they have reduced the quality of many of the Grandin Road products and I would advise moving to Frontgate or Ballard Designs. Be careful to verify stock on the item you are ordering. I suggest calling to order. Also for leather item beware they use bonded leather which is cheap sheet product. Do not buy it. Look for real leather.
The couches are now being made with foam not feathers and you want kiln dried hardwood frames and steel springs. The sofa should not weight less than a 18 year old. You are welcome. If the rep does not know tell them to check with a product specialist. They have the information. ; )
As for my purchase I bought a Mango wood three drawer chest I am very happy with it. I only buy things on sale or clearance they must be solid wood in stock ready to ship in a warehouse near me. The rep can tell you that.

I ordered a Christmas pillow and they never let me know that it was backordered until March. I had to call and find out for myself. Bad business model to let people order items if not in stock.
