        The staff is great, unfortunately the labs they use for dentures are horrible. I have been trying to get my dentures right for almost 6 months. Some of my teeth are misshapen and crooked.

        There wasn't a long wait which was great. Unfortunately they didn't take my dental plan(Cigna). I was told they did when I called. But once I got there I was told they didn't take that type of my plan. So I had to pay out of pocket. So I had no choice because I was miserable. The whole process what very quick. But there was one issue as she was trying to get my tooth out. One of the flathead tools she used to dislodge my tooth, when she went to the inside of my mouth and started prying the tool slipped and jabbed my jaw line. It was pretty painful. She was nice and very polite. But she didn't seem to be concerned that the tool stabbed my jaw. 3 days later, I have discomfort opening my mouth. So I have to be careful. I don't know if that's just pain from the tooth but it's very uncomfortable. My jaw throbs. I'm glad the tooth is out and it was quick. But the jaw still hurts.
