Chase Bank

Disappointed by Service I recently had an experience at this Chase Bank branch that left me quite disappointed. My family and I made a special effort to arrive well before closing, specifically 2 hours prior, to ensure we could complete our necessary banking tasks without any rush. Unfortunately, despite our punctuality, we were turned away and informed that they could not accommodate us. This was not only surprising but also highly inconvenient, as we had planned our schedule around this visit. Understanding that banks may have certain end-of-day processes, we nevertheless expected that arriving with ample time before closing would be sufficient to receive service. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively to improve customer service in the future, especially for those who try to manage their time responsibly around the bank's operating hours.
