Chase Bank

The reviews look bad but this is a redesigned branch. You need to not expect traditional tellers here. We went to deposit a hand written check and had no issues. Workers were a little chatty though. Some like that.

I left work early to exchange smaller bills for larger bills. I got here at 4:55 two guys locked the door and would not let me in. They yelled they were closed while walking around the lobby. They walked to the door and yelled through the window at me. Absolutely horrible customer service. I'm really glad this is not my local branch. Or I would drop my 2 business accounts and my personal account.

Terrible experience with Branch Mgr. Stephanie Bradford who was rude to people coming in since they changed over to no tellers and ATMs only inside.  She was very unprofessional, made it clear she was leaving at 5pm sharp, turning off lights and locking doors while it was only 4:45pm.  I was in a loan consultation with another Chase rep. and now will be pulling my substantial $$ out of Chase Bank.
