        I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I was passing through town heading home for Christmas. My Sprinter van broke down. I called every Mercedes dealer in the area, explained the situation and their attitude was, "sucks to be you". No one would even get me an approintment until mid January. I called Impact and they squeezed me in immediately, overnighted a new driveshaft and had me going at 9am the next day. Final bill was even $600 less than original estimate. Call these guys! They will treat you right. Now Rudolph and Impact are saving Christmas.
