        Do not move here. Way overpriced. The water in my building is foggy, the gym is barely useable, the dog park is barely useable and maintenance requests dont get responded to

        Absolutely horrible. AVOID!!! 1) Roaches everywhere - I kept my unit immaculate, but they were everywhere. 2) The AC unit in my bedroom EXPLODED while I sleeping, and they tried to blame it on me running the ac in cold temperature -- It was in AUGUST...they are lucky I didn't take legal action. 3) The common areas are filthy. I lived here for 2 years and it was not worth it. Management doesn't care about the tenants.

        Sadly, I have lived here two years. Rent in that short amount of time has been raised twice. The bundle is a rip off.. forced to pay for their internet even if you dont want it. Hallways are nasty. Office staff are lazy and dont care about their tenants. They control the heat, so you will sweat in your own home. Air conditioners are old, loud, and dont work well. Ive had four issues with leaks in my bathroom. They still havent come back to fix the damage. Had I read reviews, I would have never moved here. Even if I have to sleep in my car, I will NOT resign for another lease. They think they can compete with what others are charging, difference is: no central heat and air, no washer dryer hookup, nasty halls, etc. You can rent a house cheaper!!! Read all the reviews!!! Past that- good luck if you move here!

        Lived here for 4 years, constantly have issues with other tenants. The property is super outdated, our A/c units barely blow cold air and we have been forced to get 2 portable AC units to make summers bearable to live in. In the winter the building is actually hotter than in the summer because the heaters have 2 settings on/off. You put in for a maintenance request and it is frequently just entered as "done" without anyone ever coming to your apartment. They charge you for the "in home" Internet regardless of if you are using it or not. Not to mention the constant water shut offs, 2-3 every month. Just not a great place to live avoid if possible. Edit: Even more hilarious they give me an email in their comment to reach out to...and it's an invalid email address.
