Randy was great! He's down-to-earth, went out of his way to help 2 disabled elderly, and was sweet enough to bring our paperwork out to the car to prevent us having to walk inside the office. His rates are competitive too! Way to go Randy!

Anybody who says this guy was a nice guy obvz knows him lol straight rude, condescending. When I asked about what wend need to do to see how much an sr22 would cost he acted like he didn’t want to mess with it “well I’d need your dob,social, license #, address …” as if it was gonna be a hassle. I said “ok I’m ready whenever you are..” he gets all aggravated n says “well hold on I gotta get ready hold on hold on…” like so rude. And then asked if I had anything on my record..I said yeah prob a cpl dus..”well I need to know bc I if run that report it’s gonna cost me…and then you’re gonna have to run it here and run it there..look I’ve been doing this since 1984….” And I just kept the convo going “oh wow since a year before I was born!” And then he starts lecturing me about how it’s not easy to get all this done and how if I wold my drive without insurance I wouldn’t be in this position. I think he thought he was my daddy for a sec? But I’m good, I don’t need a daddy, I’ve made it this far in life…wait maybe if Randy dyke was my daddy I wouldn’t have ever driven without ins with My irresponsible a##🙄 get off your high horse dude. Not everyone has the same blessings as you. D!ck
