Put you on the third floor when the other 2 floors are empty?! 5 cars in the parking lot. Water pressure was barely enough to take a shower unless it was on cold! Pitiful!

The woman at the front desk was the rudest person I've ever met in the hospitality world. We had 3 rooms, 2 queens each, with 4 people per room, for 2 nights. They would only give us 2 towels per room. If we wanted more we had to bring the 2 back to trade for new ones. She told me she thought I would steal them. There were separate towels for the pool, and they counted how many we asked for. When my 8 and 9 year old granddaughters brought towels back to the desk, they made them sort the room towels from the pool towels. Will never go back. Noteworthy details: I have to add that the housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive.

Absolutely terrible management. First of all, we rented out both suites for my sons birthday. We had 6 kids in total between the two rooms. Any time a kid would walk around in our room, the lady from the front desk was knocking on the door to tell us we were being too loud. Mind you, our rooms are directly above the front desk, so yes she may have heard them walking around but if its that big of a deal, they should make it be known the suite rooms are NOT kid friendly! We only got two towels per room, couldnt get any more unless you turned in those two. During breakfast in the lobby, my son had to use the restroom so he tried using the lobby bathroom, but apparently that one is only for employees on some days.. weird because the day before we used that restroom all day because the one in the pool area was absolutely disgusting all day. I could go on and on but Im just letting you know, customer service at this location is just absolutely awful and I wouldnt waste my money! I know I will not be returning.
