I came in for a sprained ankle. The lady who checked me in and took my x-rays was wonderful. She was very polite and friendly. However, Dr. Werstler made the experience bad from her attitude. She seemed annoyed I was there and cut me off when I was trying to explain what happened. She did not ask to touch my ankle (like the x-ray tech did) and was not gentle when I was clearly in pain. She didn't ask what my pain level was or where all the pain was, which in my previous experiences with doctors they typically ask. At the end, I did not feel comfortable asking questions since she seemed ready for me to leave. I found all of this more unsettling because I was the only patient at the time. The facility was nice and the other staff was friendly, however this particular doctor made me never want to go back to this location again.

I visited because I thought I had the flu. They did a rapid test and it came back negative so they sent me home. They told me that my fever was likely caused by allergies. I've never had a fever from my allergies before. They did a swab for other stuff and I was alerted by MyChart the next day that I did indeed have the flu. They did not follow up with me on any changes or medication. I called my doctor two days later since I was worse and she was very surprised that they did not prescribe tamiflu to help with my symptoms. I would have expected them to follow up with me since my results came back positive.

I made my appointment on line and filled out my information in advance. I didn't have a wait and I saw the nurse practitioner right away. I'm getting better already because of the medication she prescribed!
