We got a virtual appt with Jennie in early April. Before this we submitted all our documents to her and then went over the details during the meeting. At the end we requested to file our taxes with her and she told us she'd fit us in. Fast forward to tax deadline, we haven't heard anything from her since the meeting. We called the H&R block office multiple times and were told she'd call us back. She never called us back, never reached out to us, and never filed our taxes. At the end, we had to get an emergency appt with another location to work through some of the extra paperwork we needed for our taxes.
Extremely disappointed with this location and would not recommend. I generally don't write 1 star reviews, but I wouldn't want anyone else in the position we were in. I understand that tax season is busy - but she should have declined to do our case if she couldn't fit it in. Just not responding and not doing it after agreeing to is unacceptable.

Don Earnhart has taken care of my taxes for years even though I moved out of state 6 years ago. Won't go anywhere else. He is the best.
