        I took in a pair of sandals. They had my sandals a month. They required I pay upfront. When I returned, they couldn't find my sandals. Finally, I got my shoes, took them home and discovered they hadn't done any repair at all. Not a good experience.

        Walked in with 2 items needing repair. They were busy so I was willing to wait. The owner took care of the folks in line and then promptly repaired my items. I was very happy and will come back in the future. Highly recommend. Thank you!
