        I was told to wait and that someone would help me shortly, waited for 30 min for someone to help as I watched other people come in and instantly get assistance. I told one of the lady's that work there that I was being skipped over, and she assured me that I would be next once she got done with her current customer. So as soon as she got done she went to another customer and started helping, I left the store and will never be back. Went to Runners Plus in Fairborn instantly got help and the shoes I needed. I have the feeling this store only caters to rich white people. Update: to up and running's public response; No thank you, I don't need to come down there so I can feel invisible or unwanted again. Runners Plus squared me away

        This store is fantastic. Laurie did a great job measuring my feet and watching me walk. She picked out 3 shoes to try and compare. She could tell I walked on my outer foot. The shoes I bought feel fabulous. I have worn them for 2 full days without issue or hurting feet. Thank you Laurie. I'll be back.

      Tim, I am frustrated hearing this information. I absolutely apologize that in the chaos you were skipped over and made to feel unimportant.
