I had 2 appointments set up to meet for an estimate and the guy forgot on both times and did not show up. I dont see this reliable at all.

My 20 year old roof had some shingles ripped off during those wind storms that came through in the spring and after my first conversation with Teven, I was confident in the care my house would see. Everything pertaining to my roof, from start to finish, went as well as I could have hoped. The insurance process was smooth; the laborers did a bang-up job completing the install in one day, (as well as cleaning up rather meticulously); and Teven was attentive even after the job was complete, making sure no corners or gables were missed and extra materials and trash were removed early the next morning. I really don't think it could have gone any better and I strongly recommend E&L to anyone needing roof, siding, or gutter work in SW Ohio. Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection, Roof installation
