I phoned Brian Ray’s Plumbing early - 7:30am - with an emergency. A water heater in a tenant’s unit had a leak & was sending a fountain of water through the small hole. The tenant was unable to budge the water shutoff valve. The problem seemed pretty dire. Brian himself answered & immediately called his associate, John, who was only 20 minutes away from the property. John arrived in time to shut off the water before it spilled over the catch pan. He went on to install a new water heater. I found both Brian & Ray to be responsive & professional. Another emergency plumber couldn’t schedule the visit for another 24 hours but Brian & John hopped right on the job. I thought their price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend Brian Ray’s Plumbing. Brian & John really solved a problem that could have been a disaster. Thanks!
