My wife is hard to please when it comes to grooming her poodle. These folks do a great job.

I took my Ragdoll cat, Rocky, to Marci at Exclusively Posh Pets. Marci really listened to my preferences. She was able to spot groom him by cutting the mats out instead of fully shaving him. He looks so good and has no more mats! The results exceeded my expectations. I will most definitely be returning to Marci for all of my cat grooming needs. Thank you, Marci for the great care and attention to detail with the grooming of my cat!

Absolutely terrible experience. I have been bringing my family dogs here for 18 years because Dina is the best and most respectful dog groomer I have ever came across, opposite from the new front desk lady Laura. Laura was extremely rude to me this morning after trying to drop my 2/4 dogs off this morning for their grooming. She would not allow my dog to stay because THEY misplaced the vaccination record sent from my vet, and would not allow me even two minutes to forward them AGAIN via email. As a client of 18 years you would think I'd have a little credibility established to know my dogs are and always have been up to date on vaccines. Again, Dina has been nothing but great during this entire process, but I am very disappointed in the way management is allowing their front desk ladies to treat established clients.
