The focus on injury prevention and correct lifting technique cannot be matched. They trained both of my girls in the bridge program after their ACL surgery and not only did they come back, they came back stronger and faster. PA has been great! We send 2 kids there. One in high school for their football training and one young one for the future athlete training. Both are awesome! The kids are faster and stronger than ever the Manfres are great as well! Highly recommend! The fees are very reasonable as well.

Incredibly impressed by and grateful to Paul and Milissa. My son made incredible gains (weight, strength, speed, and agility) in 4 short months with them. He will now train with them every off season going forward. Thanks for all you do and the care you take with each athlete you work with.
