Next Steps Senior Transitions

The Next Steps team did a wonderful job with my mother! They were able to pack her up and move her from one assisted living room to another in a day. They were even able to add some things from her house to her new assisted living suite. They didn't just unpack, but put away things which was really important to my mom. Great job Allen!

Next Steps was a Godsend during the process of cleaning out my parents apartment when they unexpectedly had to be moved to skilled nursing care and couldnt help decide what to get rid of. I felt a great relief knowing that, if we didnt want to keep something, I didnt have to decide if it was something that could be donated or if I needed to get rid of it and how to go about either of those. We finished what we wanted to go to specific places or people and could leave the rest to Next Steps.

Next Steps Senior Transitions has been a God send. My brother had to be moved to an assisted living facility and the home he moved from was overwhelming for the family to deal with. Next Steps has been very professional to work with, sympathetic to the families needs and top notch in their responsiveness and services provided. I would highly recommend Next Steps.
