My 98 year young mother was very pleased with the care she experienced in your facility. My son shared the same experience during her stay and was very satisfied with her care. Thank everyone for their kindness and consideration.

I was at the maternity section to have my baby girl. The whole staff was simply amazing and very accommodating

Emergency room staff was amazing. After my Father was admitted however, the nurses and staff were some of the worse I have ever seen. Multiple times he was found laying in his own urine, not assisting with or concerned with whether or not, he ate, or could eat himself, when they were asked to change him and cleaned, the dirty items were simply left on the floor. Not informative when asking about his state or condition. When we left there was no direction given nor medications or proper explanation of usage. We never did see a doctor or speak to one upon his discharge and the nurses were ignorant of his care or medication. There is more but overall, I would never go to this hospital nor would I allow a loved one to be admitted or treated there. It was really one of the worst I have ever seen.

The staff deserves 5 stars. The facility just needs some upgrades. I was blown away by the incredible staff that helped me through my preterm delivery and NICU stay. They became like family. However, they could really use some upgrades in the special care nursery to make their jobs a little easier.

I was admitted for 3 days. The first 24 hours was great, but the next 48 was a horrible experience. I pushed my call button cuz I was throwing up, I was admitted for severe dehydration, the desk responded via speaker, "what do u want. I asked her to repeat what she said and again, she said " what do you want." A lady came stomping in my room and says, "what do you want." I asked if she was a nurse and she replied she's the charge nurse. The next day, I put on my light because I was throwing up again, it was 55 minutes before anyone responded. Later that day, I had a small bag of potassium running and a separate bag of saline. My vein started severely burning and when I looked up, pure potassium was running because saline ran out. I pushed button and after 45 minutes waiting for someone to come I went to desk where about 10 nurses were sitting. My machine was beeping and I said can someone change my saline because pure potassium is running and burns really bad. They told me to go back to my room and they'd tell my nurse, meanwhile the nurses continued playing on phones. I went back to room and waited. Finally it ran out so I paused it and clamped it. An hour later my nurse .
