This company has HORRIBLE customer service. My modem is fully covered under warranty and it stopped working one morning. Instead of doing everything they could to fix the problem quickly, they informed me that I have to wait two weeks for them to send me another modem. Or I could pay $50 for expedited shipping. Aaris, I am strongly disappointed in the way you dont serve your customers. For those in the market for a new modem stay away from Aaris. Or know that if you ever have to call customer service for anything they wont be helpful.
