Ok service. However the billing department is horrible. Been going there a while for my dental care. Missed one appointment and they are charging $60. I could understand charging a fee frequent cancellation and missed appointments. But one time over the course of several years, ridiculous. There is other game in town. Lost my family as patients.

The office has a poor accounting, they will resist to pay any refund and when they do , its drastically deducted. Be careful to not make any payments until your insurance is fully cleared.

Dr. Potts office is so amazing I went there this morning and this nice lady I think her name was Dr. Ellen and Im telling you she was so nice and polite she was patient with me the whole way through I would love her to be my permanent dentist for the rest of my time at Potts dental company. Thanks a lot Ms. Ellen.

I visited Dr. Potts' office today, and needed to bring my two toddlers with me. Both he and his staff were very patient with my daughters! I was so appreciative of this.
