I wanted to say how much I appreciate all Nicole help along with her staff. About 7 months ago I was in a very difficult situation with a lot of unseen circumstances that came about. I presented my case to Nicole and she helped me get through it strong, and come to a solution. I really appreciate her help and she will 100% fight for your case! Attorney (Chloe Kirby) who wrote GAL report didn't seem to read any documentation provided in the child custody case. Report mostly reflected information provided in very brief phone conversation. Final recommendation seemed like a copy and pasted template with a paragraph or two added in from these brief phone conversations and lacking any substance or effort. Update: Due to the GAL's poor recommendation where she excused the plaintiff's contempt of the court order of 8 missed custody dates at the time of the trial, the plaintiff has used this as an excuse to further not drop off the children. The number is now up to 12 missed custody weekends (along with 7 days considered as holiday's). This is 25% of my total court ordered weekends. The GALS's excuse for the plaintiff was that we were meeting halfway (per the court ordered arrangement and 2.5 hr. distance) and not at each other's houses.
