        My husband and I purchased new LVP waterproof flooring to replace old carpet and vinyl in our condo. After checking out other stores, The Carpet Store was, as it turns out, the final stop in our search. Great products, knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. The installers were personable and extremely good at what they do and finished the job with zero problems. They cleaned everything up, finishing timely, without even stopping for a lunch break. If you are thinking of new flooring OR are on the fence about what company to go with, dont discount The Carpet Store. Give them a call and ask for Alex. I have attached a before and after photo.

        My wife and I are not big on shopping and comparisons. We shopped at a big box home improvement store and looked at No Name carpet from God only knows where represented by a guy that may have been normally in the lawn and garden department. And we shopped here. Cost was about the same. Experience, knowledge, professionalism and friendly service set The Carpet Store apart. Highly recommend and plan to be a returning customer.

        We had "The Carpet Store" install new carpet in two bedrooms, including vinyl flooring in a bathroom, kitchen and washroom area. We couldn't be any more pleased with the installation and installers. Everyone we dealt with that is associated with The Carpet Store was very professional, patient and easy to deal with.         Randy was awesome. He introduced themself, arrived on time, and installed the carpet beautifully! He is a professional, very skilled at what he does and pleasant to interact with. His work was very neat which adds that extra touch of satisfaction. Customer service is becoming a rarity these days. Its so wonderful to find a company that does what they say and when they say. We love the carpet, it looks beautiful in the family room.
