Boosalis Baking and Cafe

There was a bit in the newspaper about this place this week. Not well written, but I was intrigued because I hadn't yet been. I spent $38.50 and filled up. Had a taste of the Kouign Amann. Salted butter croissant cup with a slight sugar glaze. Very rich, complex taste. I, then, purchased 7 of those, a chocolate croissant, a plain croissant, a ham and cheese croissant, a cheese danish, and a morning roll. I'm looking forward to this bounty.

A ton of people smoking outside. Says its open and its actually a construction site. Dont bother with this place, clearly not professional ownership

You absolutely wont regret stopping in here! We have been here several times for the pasteries & everything we have tried (& we have sampled way too many things-haha) is decadent! Today we tried the Greek Salad & Cranberry Turkey Sandwich for the first time and found a new favorite lunch spot. Truly fresh and delicious. Plus, the owners are super friendly and dedicated to their customers having a nice experience and I really like that - makes the goodies taste even better.

First time visiting and will definitely return. Not like anything you get elsewhere in the area. Pastries were delicious and employee (I'm guessing owner) was very kind. Only issue is would be nice if they had prices listed.
