Horrible Experience! Had my car for almost 2 weeks for warranty work. The salesman kept saying warranty company would not pay and our bill would be close to $2000! We called warranty company and they paid 100% and the $2000 was Lexus of Daytons mark up on parts and labor that was extremely over market. If youre going to do warranty work- accept the terms! Our co pay was $100. In the end they honored it but what horrible customer service experience ! Seemed very greedy and dishonest. Please do not treat people this way.
