Took my 1 yr old son last night just to see if he had an ear infection because he has been miserable for a couple days, we just moved here from out of state so options were limited.. we got there at 745 (they close at 8) and people were walking out as we were coming in. We walked to front desk and was stared at by whoever the woman working there was until she finally hollered come around back very rudely and asked what we needed and I told her just a quick check of my sons ears and she asked for my ID and was huffing and puffing and said to me well we close in 10 minutes so at that point I asked for my ID back because Im not having my child seen by people with this attitude and she literally refused to give me my ID back until my husband stepped in.. then the doctors came out and were saying if the baby needs seen then the baby needs seen we left and went to ER instead. I would NEVER come back here again. Ive never been treated as such at a medical facility anywhere especially when I have a sick baby!

Update 3/13-2024: Came in tonight because I couldnt breathe at 7:45pm and they took me in even though they closed with a last patient. I was so extremely thankful. I have Bronchitis with a complication of my asthma making it worse. They took the time and stayed and gave me steroids and checked for flu etc. I just wanted to tell them thank you for making me able to stop wheezing. I was having such a hard time breathing that I was worried I was going to shell out the deductible for the ER. Thank you so much Dr. Mark and staff Came in absolutely miserable with an inflamed throat and I couldnt swallow or talk. They ran tests at the lab and I was really thankful they even had one! Thats how it should be done having a lab on site. They gave me a steroid shot and antibiotics and my throat finally let up after a couple hours and I could drink water again. I was so dehydrated but I didnt want to go to the ER because I was just there a week ago for something completely different. Staff was really friendly and they stayed after hours to get me taken care of. They even had antibiotics to give me so I could start right away until the pharmacy opened the next day. Thank you for your help, guys.

I paid for my lab service at the time of service. Now I keep getting a bill for that when I already paid.
