Spoke to Chris on Friday about having a clutch put in. When talking to him he was very distracted and seemed very disinterested in talking about the work. Called back on Monday and was informed by whoever answered that he was in a meeting and that he would call me back in about an hour when finished. NEVER received a call back on Monday. I called again Tuesday morning and after leaving another message he finally called back. I wanted to talk about details, but I started to get a very sarcastic, arrogant attitude from him to the point that I just said good bye. Hey Chris just a word of advicebefore you talk to a potential customer like they are an idiot, understand that the potential customer may be much smarter than you and will play dumb just to see how you treat them. IT SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER AND INTEGRITY!!!
