This place is unreal. Would not return calls so i had to drive out there 4 times. Nobody could answer simple questions about their own papers. Marcy wanted to add to the purchase agreement since she can't understand what as is means. She then tried to have the taxes that i had already paid refunded, so i could hand her the money, to pay the taxes that were already paid. Tried to bring in people that have nothing to do with the property then lied to me. She has little to no knowledge of what she is doing. Then i caught george in a lie 3 times in 5 minutes and proved him wrong. Finally all i could get was " i don't know how that works". They are worthless here.

Our sale of property went so smoothly, due to the work performed by Valley Title and Escrow. We worked with Jacque who was very professional, pleasant, kind and knowledgeable throughout the process, and helped all parties to understand all the he parts of the process. We are very grateful for her help.
