        I was informed by AK Waterworks on the phone that there would be no charge for an estimate. The man that came out looked at my shower and also couldnt find anything wrong. He didnt do anything and charged us 75 dollars. He was here for approximately 10 to 15 minutes and really didnt do anything. Why was I charged 75 dollars? I was told by my daughter and the business she works for that I should try AK. What am I misunderstanding?
