Derek Knepper - State Farm Insurance Agent

Derek always makes sure I am covered properly. Ive had two claims and Derek made sure I had the proper coverage and both claims were paid.

I checked so many insurance companies and this was so easy and way way cheaper than anyone else I talked too. They cut my insurance in half almost and still have full coverage with same benefits.

I have been insured with State Farm through Derek Knepper for almost a decade now. I might be able to get a better rate with another company, but, to be honest, the exceptional customer service that I receive from this agency is second to none. So, its not worth it for me to even look around. I primary call the Warren location and I almost always speak with Allison. She is very knowledgeable, pleasant, prompt, and professional to work with. They will continue to have my business for years to come.

I called and cancelled my coverage on my Porsche 911 late 2000. I noticed when I was over-seas that I still had coverage on that car in 2022. I contacted Derek directly at that time. I received confirmation that he would correct it and I would receive a reimbursement for the mistake. I just checked in the last few days and saw that it was still in corrected recently. They offered me $123 for the roughly 3 years of of coverage that they have stripped me of. Do NOT deal with this team. Maybe you shouldnt deal with #statefarm

I'm sure there's definitely better State Farm offices and agents to do bisness with. I feel they fail in the communication department! I use to have my policies with Bill Anderson's State Farm, before he closed his office. His staff would personally notify me if any red flags occurred with any of my policies. I honestly think this is the worst State Farm Agency in our area. Do yourself a favor and check out some of the other State Farm Agencies in the area. Here's just a few John Campalito Jr. , Michael Guerreri, Rob Donahue and Tinia Howell.
