        I cannot NOT recommend Allstate enough. I had a claim submitted early June and it just now was resolved. I had to navigate through a web of contacts telling me to call this or that person, and two months later of me doing all of the communicating between their departments, it is finally complete. I also just found out today that my wife has been listed as a "friend" for 6 years on all of our policies. We could have been getting discounts this whole time. Multiple agents have also called me by my wife's name on the phone and do not seem to care about my questions or concerns when talking to them. I recently switched insurance and have received much better rates and treatment already.
